Main Responsibilities:
1. Develop and follow up with overseas clients in Europe, Russia, and the five Central Asian countries who have international freight forwarding needs;
2. Promote the company's advantageous services to relevant overseas markets through various online and offline channels;
3. Investigate and understand customer needs and relevant market information, formulate sales plans, and follow up on their implementation in a timely manner;
4. Deepen understanding of potential customer needs and summarize and organize customer information;
5. Achieve sales targets: Leveraging the company's strong resources and capabilities, select target customers based on route and pricing characteristics, understand their needs, and achieve sales targets;
6. Preference will be given to candidates with CET-4 or above in English or relevant experience in overseas sales in the freight forwarding industry.

3. Investigate and understand customer needs and related market information, formulate sales plans, and follow up on their implementation in a timely manner;
4. Deeply explore potential customer needs and summarize and organize customer information;
5. Achieve sales targets: Leveraging the company's strong resources and capabilities, select target customers based on route and pricing characteristics, understand their needs, and achieve sales targets;
6. Priority will be given to candidates with Russian language majors or relevant overseas sales experience in the freight forwarding industry.

Job Opening 3: Russian Language Intern (Russian Logistics Sales Focus)
【Job Responsibilities】
1. Market Development: Responsible for developing potential clients in Russia and CIS countries (such as Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, etc.) through email, WhatsApp, WeChat, and telephone, promoting the company's international land transportation (Kalashnikov/rail), air freight, and sea-rail intermodal services.
2. Customer Maintenance: Maintain existing relationships with Russian-speaking clients, deeply understand their needs, assist in resolving any issues that arise during cargo transportation, and improve customer satisfaction.
3. Russian Communication: Responsible for daily business correspondence and oral communication with Russian-speaking clients, ensuring the accurate transmission of transportation terms, quotations, and customs clearance documents.
4. Market Research: Collect market dynamics, competitor information, and route information in the Russian-speaking region, assisting the company in optimizing logistics products for the Russian-speaking region.
【Job Requirements】
1. Language Proficiency: Third- or fourth-year Russian major students or recent graduates; fluent in Russian (speaking, listening, reading, and writing) and able to communicate seamlessly with clients using Russian as a working language (those holding a Russian language proficiency certificate of level 4 or above are preferred).
2. Interest-Driven: Strong interest in international logistics and international trade, and a willingness to develop a long-term career in this field.
3. Personality Traits: Outgoing and cheerful personality, strong resilience, a competitive spirit, and a desire for high-paying challenges.
4. Basic Skills: Fluent in Russian reading and writing, able to communicate effectively with clients through speaking and listening, and proficient in using Microsoft Office software.
